Return Policy
Our products are made to order. We do not keep product in stock, and we do not offer returns for buyer's remorse if you just changed your mind.
We will accept returns on damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us by emailing us at everydaymindandbody@gmail.com
Please take a picture of the damaged or defective item and send that with your email. Please do not send returns back to the supplier. We are not responsible for the item if you mail directly back to the supplier. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item.
Damaged items can be retuned or exchanged provided you follow the steps below:
- You communicated with us via email within 5 days of receipt of the item.
- Include a picture in your email of the damaged or defective item.
- The item has not been worn, and with tags intact.
- A copy of the original sales receipt included.
We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, we will ship back to you for free!
Please read the sizing chart carefully before ordering clothing items. Because clothing items are made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes.
Please note that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for the item. Please track your packages.
